Course description

Technologies collectively called smart mobility, such as autonomous driving, connected cars, and MaaS, are indispensable technologies toward the smart society. Research and development for smart mobility are blooming with the increasing need for promoting smart mobility, such as improving safety, alleviating traffic congestion, improving quality of life, and producing high economic effects.

Smart mobility employs cutting-edge technologies from multiple technical areas. Thus, we need to acquire interdisciplinary knowledge and technologies. This course is aimed at those who are starting to study in this field. Learners will study and practice basic knowledge and technologies related to smart mobility, focusing on autonomous driving.
